Program philosophy

Students of the Materials Properties Control program will gain a sufficient level of basic knowledge about material physics, material physical chemistry, physical properties of polymer and inorganic materials, and fiber-related science while mastering the application skills needed to achieve innovation in materials control, from evaluation and standardization of organic, inorganic, and hybrid material structures and properties to the creation of theoretical models. In addition, students will bring deep human knowledge and self-awareness along with a rich, international outlook to their work as researchers and engineers involved with materials development.
