Researchers and engineers working with materials with advanced levels of functionality must possess not only knowledge about the respective characteristics of polymers, inorganic materials, and other substances, but also a deep understanding of the fundamental properties that are the source of material function. The Materials Properties Control program is dedicated to fostering the development of graduates who can think about what materials will be useful for society based on their vision of the future and who have the international awareness needed in order to bring their technological skills to the global stage, based on these areas of knowledge and understanding.

Selection policy

The Materials Properties Control program seeks applicants who wish to contribute to the development of a truly rich society by orchestrating breakthroughs in materials science using aggregates such as polymer materials and inorganic materials.
